This is a role for a senior engineer who naturally became a leader and can still open the IDE without fear, while also being comfortable shaping how teams work, think, and grow.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion or curiosity for exploring better ways of working, and the appetite to help evolve an engineering practice in a modern, cloud-based environment.

What you will be doing
Lead an engineering team while remaining technically credible
Work closely with product to shape domain-aligned solutions
Guide technical direction and break work into clear, deliverable backlogs
Mentor engineers and lift engineering standards
Improve how work gets done, not just ensure it gets done
Stay hands-on where it adds the most value, roughly 15-30 percent
Operate within a cloud-native, distributed systems environment
What you will bring
Strong background in .NET and C# software engineering
Experience leading engineers or teams in product-led environments
Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design, applied pragmatically
Strong appreciation for TDD and BDD as tools for quality and shared understanding
Comfort with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems
Pragmatic approach to design, testing, quality, and delivery
Confidence leading opinionated, senior engineers
Curiosity, humility, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
